Collaborate on product improvements and client feedback **Role description** We are seeking a motivated and client\-oriented Geoscience Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early\-career professionals with a background in seismic petrophysics, geophysics, or geoscience who are passionate about applying their technical knowledge in a client\-facing environment. The ideal candidate will support customer interactions, training, technical engagements and professional services. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Provide technical support and guidance to clients using GeoSoftware products. * Assist in delivering training sessions, demonstrations, evaluations, proof of concepts, professional services, and onboarding for new users. * Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and ensure high\-quality service delivery. * Help develop and maintain training materials and documentation. * Participate in client meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to enhance user experience. * Collaborate with product and development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements. * Stay current with industry trends and software updates to provide informed support. **Skills \& Competencies** * Technical Proficiency – Solid foundation in geoscience concepts and software tools. * Customer Focus – Ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively. * Communication – Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Problem Solving – Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. * Team Collaboration – Works well with cross\-functional teams and contributes to shared goals. * Adaptability – Comfortable with change and eager to learn new technologies and workflows. **Qualifications \& Requirements** Required: * Bachelor’s Degree in Petrophysics, Geophysics, Geoscience, or a similar Earth Science * \+3 years of experience working on the Seismic Petrophysics, Rock physics, Geophysics, * preferrable experience with client interactions. * Experience with GeoSoftware or similar geoscience software tools. * Exposure to training delivery or technical support roles. * Well versed with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Speak fluent Spanish and English languages * Located in the LAM region Desired: * Experience using one or more of GeoSoftware’s products * Exposure to the usage of one or more of the GeoSoftware family of products (PowerLog, HampsonRussell, Jason, or InsightEarth) * Experience with GeoSoftware or similar geoscience software tools. * Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software * Speak Portuguese **Travel** * Travel might be required for customer supporting, training delivery and/or attendance to industry events/tradeshows.
