**Company:** **Bind** ### **Management: Systems and Technology** **Position Title:** Digital Financial Solutions Development Manager **Reason for the Position:** Acceleration of new product and service initiatives. **We are seeking a visionary technology leader to lead the development of our digital financial solutions. As Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling our digital platforms—both for BaaS clients and for Enterprise Clients of Bind’s Digital Financial Services Platform.** **Your challenge:** * Transform the customer experience: Design and develop innovative digital products and services that exceed expectations of both BaaS and Corporate Banking customers. * Evolve the BaaS architecture: Drive adoption of the BaaS architecture to integrate third-party financial services and create customized, scalable solutions. * Lead high-performing teams: Build and develop agile, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. * Accelerate time-to-market: Reduce development cycles and bring new products and services to market quickly and efficiently. * Ensure quality and security: Guarantee that all developed solutions meet the highest standards of quality, security, and regulatory compliance. **Requirements:** **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles within software development, with a focus on the financial sector. * Technical knowledge: Strong expertise in agile methodologies, microservices architectures, containerization, cloud computing, APIs, and database technologies. * Strategic vision: Ability to define technology strategy aligned with business objectives. * Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills, with capacity to motivate and develop team members. * Results orientation: Focus on delivering outcomes and continuous improvement. **Desired:** * Knowledge and experience in infrastructure (data centers, cloud, virtualization, storage, communications, hardware) **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering. **Special requirements:** * Change management * Risk management * Communication management **Reports to:** Systems and Technology Manager. **Team composition:** QA team, Technical-Business Analysts, Development Factory. **Compensation and benefits:** * Salary: commensurate with profile and experience. * Target annual bonus: 3–4 gross monthly salaries, subject to performance and business results. * 30 days of annual vacation. * Corporate mobile phone (20 GB plan). * Health insurance: Swiss Medical (SMG 60 for family group).
