Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products. Performing visual quality control of produced wadding, identifying and correcting potential defects. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures on the production line. Assisting with basic preventive maintenance of machinery. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in the textile sector (Mandatory: experience with wadding machines or similar equipment). Completed secondary education (preferred). Commitment and punctuality for the 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM schedule. Availability to work overtime when required by production (essential). Proactive, detail-oriented individual with ability to work effectively in a team.
