At **Apertus** we are looking for an **IT INFRASTRUCTURE LEAD** for a leading technology company **Work mode:** Hybrid · Monday to Friday **It is mandatory to reside or relocate to the city of Mar del Plata or surrounding areas.** **Role purpose:** Be the organization's infrastructure lead, managing the team and ensuring operation, availability, security, and performance of networks, servers, and environments (production, testing, and workstations). **Main responsibilities** * Lead infrastructure services, assigning tasks and tracking team results and timelines. * Administer and optimize web servers (Tomcat, Nginx). * Ensure availability and security of internal network and external connections (VPN, remote access, privileges, routing). * Manage and improve cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS). * Monitor, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure and security incidents. * Implement security policies and procedures (aligned with PCI\-DSS, ISO 27001, SOX). * Maintain updated documentation and coordinate with corporate IT. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields (completed or in progress). * **Experience leading infrastructure teams** (minimum 3 years). * Solid experience with **AWS** services such as EC2, VPC, Storage, VPN, Security Groups, WAF, IAM, Direct Connect. * Advanced **networking knowledge**: VPN, VLAN, LAN/WAN, routing, NAT/PAT. * Experience with **firewalls and security appliances** (Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco, Checkpoint, or similar). * Administration of **Linux and Windows Server** (AD, GPO). * Basic/intermediate scripting skills (Shell / PowerShell / similar). **Valued experience:** * Experience with Azure. * Experience in financial institutions. * Execution of PENTEST and use of monitoring/scanning tools (Nessus, Nagios, ZAP, Acunetix). * Knowledge of security standards (PCI\-DSS, ISO 27001, SOX). * Database knowledge (will lead DBA team). **Key competencies** Problem-solving profile, disciplined, highly results-oriented, strong oral and written communication, ability to coordinate across different levels, continuous improvement mindset, and focus on internal service. **If you're motivated to lead, ensure business continuity, and work under strict security standards, apply now.** Send your CV to seleccion@apertus.com.ar **indicating your expected compensation** and use the subject line: **"Infrastructure Lead"**.
