A leading company providing facilities services and contract management is looking for a **Cleaning Supervisor** for one of our clients in the industrial sector. We are seeking a person with **proven experience leading cleaning teams** in environments requiring extreme care, such as a food production industrial plant. You will be responsible for ensuring that everything during your cleaning shift is done quickly and correctly, without errors, as cleanliness is crucial for food safety. Responsibilities: * **Team leadership:** Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure everyone knows exactly what to do and when to do it. * **Compliance with regulations:** Ensure cleaning activities follow all internal standards **(such as GMP)**. * **High-quality cleaning:** Know which products and equipment to use for each type of dirt, especially in production areas, while ensuring chemicals are used properly and safely. * **Monitoring and reporting:** You will keep records of all cleaning performed during your shift. If there is an issue or something was not cleaned properly, you must report it immediately. * **Prioritize safety:** Ensure that you and all team members use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow procedures to prevent accidents. Summary: * **Demonstrable experience** as a cleaning supervisor or team leader, ideally in factories, industrial settings, or locations with strict hygiene standards. * **Knowledge of food safety standards preferred:** You should understand how cleaning works in a food processing plant (what sanitizing, disinfecting, etc., entails). * **Leadership experience:** Ability to train, give clear instructions, and quickly resolve team issues or conflicts. * **Organized and methodical:** Must strictly follow cleaning plans. * **Availability for rotating shifts:** As this is an industrial plant, you must be available to work **rotating schedules**, including nights and weekends.
