You will be responsible for leading and coordinating work teams, as well as organizing and supervising daily operational activities. We target professionals with academic training and experience in tourism, hospitality, administration, or service management. Position Objective: To comprehensively and operationally manage the establishment during the high season, ensuring smooth daily operations, high service standards, and effective team leadership. The position offers job continuity during the low season, performing duties within the organization. Main Responsibilities: Manage the establishment’s daily operations. Coordinate, organize, and supervise the work team. Maintain active on-site presence, leading the team on a day-to-day basis. Supervise customer service and resolve complaints or operational issues. Organize work shifts and monitor absenteeism and performance. Manage inventory, supplies, and operational resources. Ensure compliance with service, safety, and hygiene standards.
