Job Summary: We are seeking a Merchandiser to visit retail outlets, improve product displays, create new display spaces following brand guidelines, and ensure execution of the display strategy. Direct and indefinite employment MERCHANDISER We are currently recruiting 1 Merchandiser for an important client of our consulting firm. The role involves visiting retail outlets according to assigned routes, managing product positioning, improving displays, and creating new display spaces aligned with brand guidelines. Employment is under the Commerce Collective Bargaining Agreement, with an indefinite-term contract. · Employment: Indefinite term. · Responsibilities: Monitor commercial management and achievement of objectives. Ensure correct implementation of Integra’s represented brands’ display strategies at point-of-sale (POS), guaranteeing order, cleanliness, and visibility to strengthen brand positioning and customer relationships. Analyze results, generate diagnostics, and propose action plans. Prepare management reports for both the brand and the consulting firm. Ensure proper implementation of commercial strategies in the field. Information handover, maintenance of brand guidelines and cleanliness at POS, POP material implementation, and display equipment setup. · Requirements: Personal mobility (car) – mandatory. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions (e.g., promoter/sales supervision). Analytical, commercial, and self-managed profile (analysis → diagnosis → action plan).
