Position Summary: ALFAJORES MDP is seeking a Pastry Team Leader to lead the team and supervise production, managing orders and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the bakery team at the production facility 2. Plan and supervise pastry production 3. Manage orders and inventory control We are ALFAJORES MDP, a production facility supplying a major café chain in Mar del Plata city, among others. We are currently seeking to hire a PAstry Team Leader to lead the team. This position requires on-site work in MAR DEL PLATA. EXCLUSIVE REQUIREMENTS: A professional with formal pastry training, extensive industry experience, and proven team leadership experience.
