Agro-Inputs Commercial Advisor

As a CONCI Sales Advisor, your main challenge will be to comprehensively manage the sale of agro-inputs, seeds, and fertilizers, building trust-based relationships with producers and customers in the Villa Dolores area. You will manage your own client portfolio, conduct weekly client visits, identify future needs, and provide complete service from sales to after-sales support, consistently ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives for the Agro-Inputs division and unlocking potential business opportunities through our extensive presence across all stages of the production cycle. Additionally, you will play a key role in retaining current and prospective clients by providing solutions and generating new business opportunities. Main responsibilities **Commercial Management:** Personalized customer service. Weekly visits to producers to identify future needs. Sales of inputs and seeds. Building and managing a client portfolio (Villa Dolores). **Sales Administration:** Issuance of invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-up (cash, checks, etc.). Coordination of product deliveries and pickups. Issuance of delivery notes and on-site delivery to customers. **After-Sales and Customer Retention:** Customer follow-up. After-sales assistance and resolution of specific needs. Sales courses, closing techniques, and selling methods. Good supplier relationship management. Ability to adapt to customer needs. **Skills:** Proactivity, autonomy, commitment, and customer orientation. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
