The position requires an operational, responsible profile with strong orientation toward prevention and regulatory compliance. **Work Location: Moreno, Buenos Aires Province.** Main Responsibilities: * Supervise outsourced personnel. * Conduct preventive patrols throughout the facilities. * Identify risk situations and act according to established procedures. * Coordinate emergency response actions (evacuations, incidents, alarms). * Maintain operational contact with external security providers, public forces, or emergency services. * Prepare basic reports on incidents and unusual events. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in security, surveillance, or control functions (mandatory). * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Observational ability, sound judgment, and decision-making capacity. * Availability and flexibility for rotating shifts.
