Professional growth and development within a purpose-driven company **Job Description:** Packaging Operator **LOCATION:** VIRREY DEL PINO Responsible for executing the packaging program in accordance with internal production and quality standards, under the supervision of the bagging machine operator. Maintain appropriate order and cleanliness throughout the designated “bagging” area. What Are We Looking For? * Electromechanical, mechanical or electrical technician * Proficiency in operating bagging machinery * Basic knowledge of autonomous maintenance and industrial safety * Availability to work rotating shifts * Experience working in industrial environments * Teamwork skills * Proactivity What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities? * Co\-responsible for proper handling of the CCP related to the operation, including recordkeeping and corrective actions in case of deviations. * Co\-responsible for correct use of systems involved in the operation (RCLMS and DIS) * Co\-responsible for performing physical quality checks on packaged products according to RCA-established standards * Co\-responsible for proper sampling of finished products * Active participation in cleaning operations within the grinding and/or extrusion areas using designated equipment and fully complying with all safety measures mandated by the company. * Provide ongoing support to maintenance personnel during repairs in the area that necessarily require machine shutdown. * Cleaning and orderly maintenance of the area and machines within the area * In the absence of the machine leader, serve as the first line replacement for this position What Can You Expect From Royal Canin? * Work alongside diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles. * Join a purpose-driven company where we strive to build the world we want tomorrow—starting today. * Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our internal Mars University. * A competitive industry salary and benefits package, including company bonus.
