We have an outstanding opportunity for you to join our **Maintenance** team at our **Salto \- Buenos Aires** site. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities, participating in developing strategies to resolve equipment failures and breakdowns during operations. * Participate in medium- and long-term scheduled maintenance planning to ensure alignment with the overall maintenance strategy and plan. * Contact and follow up with specialized repair vendors—including hydraulic, electrical, machining, metallurgical, and other service providers. * Manage procurement and inventory of consumables and spare parts (domestic and imported), ensuring minimum availability of critical spares. * Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability or process quality. * Monitor maintenance work performed by contractors and/or third-party service providers. * Collaborate with the Operations team to address machine- and equipment-related process needs. * Participate in risk analysis and mitigation for tasks at the start of each work shift. * Train operations personnel on the use of instrumentation applied in predictive maintenance tasks. * Prepare reports related to maintenance and safety activities. * Support tracking of business maintenance KPIs to ensure departmental objectives are met. * Develop, revise, and implement operational and safety procedures within the area. * Support adherence to operational discipline across the area, ensuring all tasks are conducted safely—for people and processes—and that repair quality meets required standards. **What You’ll Bring:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Power BI, AutoCAD, and SAP (preferred). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial plant maintenance. * English language proficiency. **Benefits:** * OSDE 310 health insurance * WellHub wellness platform * Performance bonus * Savings support program * On-site cafeteria * Welcome kit * The opportunity to join a global team committed to making a difference.
