Work Location: San Miguel, Buenos Aires Province Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Work Modality: Hybrid Employment Type: Permanent position with benefits commensurate with the role Objective: Lead the company's commercial strategy, ensuring achievement of sales targets, client portfolio expansion, and market brand positioning. Main responsibilities include: - Design and implement the commercial and sales plan. - Identify new business opportunities and customer development. - Manage and retain key client portfolios. - Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team. - Analyze performance metrics (sales, conversions, profitability). - Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation. - Negotiate commercial agreements and close strategic contracts. - Prepare performance reports for management. · Requirements: - We are seeking candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales and commercial leadership within services / contact center companies. - Must reside in San Miguel, Buenos Aires Province, or nearby areas. - Must have personal transportation and a valid driver’s license. - Must be available for international travel. - Candidates with strong negotiation skills, results orientation, and analytical capability will be preferred. - Solid expertise in B2B sales, CRM and sales tools, and KPI management.
