If you are interested in joining a collaborative team where you can make an impact and continue advancing your professional development, this opportunity is for you! **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Manage and comprehensively track employment documentation, including settlement agreements, employment contracts, and personnel assignments. * Coordinate the management of labor-related legal communications, including tracking and control of official letters. * Prepare required documentation for inspections, expert reports, judicial notices, and responses to lawsuits, coordinating with relevant departments. * Monitor high-complexity cases, extended leaves, and absenteeism, identifying deviations and proposing preventive actions. * Consolidate and validate personnel updates for accurate payroll processing, ensuring data quality and timeliness. * Analyze situations potentially requiring disciplinary measures, providing technical support in drafting, implementing, and notifying sanctions. **What do we expect from you?** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Law programs. * Prior experience performing labor relations tasks. **Work Modality and Schedule** * Hybrid work model, with on-site presence in Vicente López, Buenos Aires. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. **Benefits** Health insurance plan for you and your family.
