Position Summary: We are seeking a pastry chef/baker to prepare daily artisanal pastries, viennoiserie, and classic desserts while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? Daily preparation of artisanal pastries for the sales area. Production of viennoiserie and classic pastries: materos, pastafrolas, ricotta cakes, basic cakes, and desserts. Preparation of pastry items such as cheesecake, brownies, puddings, and other varieties. Working with different types of doughs (batter-based doughs, fine doughs, dry doughs). Preparing various types of cakes, ensuring quality, flavor, and final presentation. Adhering to recipes, quality standards, and facility hygiene requirements. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Completed Secondary Education Experience as a pastry chef/baker Residence in areas near Banfield Availability to work on weekends and holidays WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
