**About the Role** We are building AI\-powered automation systems for real business operations (CRM, SMS, voice, email, lead gen, internal tools). This role is for someone who implements AI into workflows, not someone who trains ML models.You will work with APIs, automation tools, and business systems to deploy production\-ready AI workflows. **Responsibilities** * Build AI\-powered workflows using: Zapier / Make / n8n, OpenAI / Claude APIs * Connect AI to real systems: CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion) and SMS / Voice (Twilio, OpenPhone) Email, webhooks, APIs * Design:Triggers, conditions, branching logic * Optimize workflows for reliability and cost * Document workflows clearly (diagrams \+ notes)Error handling and fallbacks * Logging and retries **Required Skills** * Strong experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n * Hands\-on use of OpenAI / LLM APIs * Understanding of: Webhooks, APIsJSON * Ability to debug broken automations * Clear English communication **Nice to Have:** * GoHighLevel experience * JavaScript or Python (basic) * Vector databases (Supabase, Pinecone) * SMS or voice bots **Rate:** * $6–15/hr (based on experience) * Long\-term contract potential Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $8,700\.00 \- $21,750\.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 per week Work Location: Remote
