Wherever you join us, you will experience the opportunity to create and deliver better things, brilliant solutions, and a space where you can continue your career and take it in new directions. **Your day-to-day…** * Participate in the Services Shift DDS meeting, and present data related to maintenance tasks, breakdown analysis, and other standard systems associated with equipment maintenance (CL, CIL, DH, BDE, IPS, 5S, IE, FPQ, QIE, BOS, QRP, Flags). * Participate in planning and executing routine maintenance activities; collaborate with the Services team to analyze and execute scheduled tasks to ensure the area achieves expected results. * Ensure use of standard maintenance monitoring systems, such as breakdown handling, in-depth failure and defect analysis, to eliminate future malfunctions on the line(s). * To address losses, actively participate in developing, executing, and reviewing 90-day plans to achieve innovative performance outcomes for the machine, reducing both planned and unplanned losses. * Propose initiatives contributing to energy and water consumption savings. Develop strategies to reduce maintenance costs for Service systems. * Contribute to reducing production and plant system impacts caused by service failures. **Who we are looking for…** * Mechanical, electronic, or electromechanical technician (mandatory) * Knowledge of Mechanics and Electronics * Knowledge of SAP and Continuous Improvement Tools * Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.) * Availability to work on a daytime 4x4 shift **What we offer…** Our success lies in the talented people who come to work every day with purpose and a drive to improve.
