Job Summary: We are seeking a Loading and Unloading Operator for the Ferrero Plant, responsible for handling sugar and cocoa sacks, as well as loading and unloading tasks on trucks and containers, supporting logistics operations. Unload 25 kg and 50 kg sugar and cocoa sacks at the various unloading points designated by the client. Perform loading and unloading tasks at the Ferrero Plant and assigned units (trucks/containers). Complete records of performed tasks according to internal procedures. Collaborate with the Logistics Center team to ensure efficient and safe operations. What do we value in your profile? Completed secondary education (mandatory). Previous experience in unloading large-volume goods (desirable). Flexibility and willingness to assist at different unloading points. Ability to perform physical work, responsibility, and commitment. Personal mobility (car or motorcycle) desirable, especially since some locations lack public transportation access. Where will you work? It is ideal if you reside in nearby areas such as: Los Cardales, Open Door, Cañada de la Cruz, or Luján. Benefits and Conditions Per diems for unloading assignments located more than 25 km from the employee’s residence. Opportunity to work overtime (compensated accordingly).
