Job Summary: As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and supporting its future transition to ISO 9001:2026. This role focuses on quality system management, internal audits, supplier audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also provide coaching and training to teams and collaborate across departments to resolve quality issues. Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the Quality Management System (ISOQuest, DocuQuest, AuditQuest). Plan and conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions. Coordinate supplier audits and evaluate supplier performance. Lead management reviews and ensure annual updates of procedures. Develop, implement, and monitor quality procedures and processes. Manage documentation for ISO certifications and applicable standards. Analyze data, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and propose preventive/corrective actions. Provide coaching and training to teams on quality processes and standards. Collaborate with internal departments (manufacturing, engineering, procurement) to resolve quality issues. Participate in continuous improvement events (CIP) and suggest process optimizations. Other assigned tasks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related field). 3–5 years of experience in quality and manufacturing. Solid knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management systems. Certification as an Internal Auditor. Experience in root cause analysis and nonconformance management. Experience in dimensional inspection and instrument calibration (preferred). Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred Experience / Skills: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred). Lead Auditor.
