**The Role:** We are seeking a highly capable **Senior Scrum Master** to join a global technology team developing next\-generation GenAI platforms. These platforms provide critical insights that help clients make smarter decisions and grow their brands. In this role, you will work closely with cross\-functional teams of Software Engineers, Product Owners, Testers, Architects, and Product Managers to deliver high\-impact technology solutions. You’ll be responsible for enabling teams to function effectively within an Agile framework while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ownership. This is an exciting opportunity to lead Agile teams working with the latest technologies in a fast\-paced, innovative environment. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the full lifecycle of feature delivery from backlog refinement to production release, ensuring alignment with Product Owner expectations. * Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) across multiple teams. * Maintain and organize Scrum boards and backlogs in collaboration with Technical Product Owners. * Align with Product Owners and Portfolio Managers to understand priorities and strategic goals. * Proactively identify and remove impediments to help teams deliver on time and at high quality. * Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning as part of a larger portfolio of development activities. * Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones, providing leadership and structure. * Navigate cross\-team dependencies, manage risk, and adapt plans to ensure efficiency and continuity. * Promote Agile best practices and drive process excellence within the teams. * Provide clear, empathetic leadership, knowing when to guide and when to empower. * Foster a high\-performance culture focused on people, collaboration, and results. **Requirements:** * 5\+ years of experience as a **Lead Scrum Master** in software development environments. * Proven success in leading cross\-functional teams delivering complex, multidisciplinary products. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; knowledge of **SAFe framework** is highly desirable. * Relevant certifications in **Scrum, SAFe, or PRINCE2** are a plus. * Experience with **GenAI\-related projects** is desirable. * Proficiency with Agile tools, especially **Azure DevOps (ADO)**. * Solid command of **Microsoft Office** and collaboration tools. **C \- LSK \-26062025** Wakapi Web
