Currently, we are seeking a **Monitoring Coordinator** to join our **Operations team on the afternoon shift**. ✅ **Work Arrangement.** * Location: Palermo, CABA. * Work Modality: On-site * Schedule: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM * Tuesday to Saturday (Days off: Sundays and Mondays) ✅ **Key Challenges.** * Monitoring new hires’ onboarding process. * Preparing various reports and evaluations related to onboarding. * Launching action plans tailored to employees’ needs to achieve excellence in performance. * Collaborating closely with middle management (direct feedback, proposals, etc.). * Continuously evaluating **metrics and KPIs**, with emphasis on continuous improvement. * Proposing improvements to existing procedures. * Fostering and promoting a positive work environment among colleagues. * Identifying and developing future talent. ✅ **What Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in similar roles. * Leadership skills. * Advanced Excel proficiency.
