




We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Network Support Engineer** to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing advanced\-level support for our global data network, serving as level 3 support for all network\-related tasks and troubleshooting. No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure * Provide 3rd level troubleshooting for all LAN/WAN alerts and issues * Maintain all monitoring and reporting systems * Produce and maintain documentation for all systems deployed * Perform on\-call duty for non\-business hours support as per shift assignments * Perform administrative tasks pertaining to time entry and status reporting * Configure and install various network devices and services * Perform network maintenance and system upgrades * Monitor performance, system availability, and reliability * Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning * Work within established configuration and change management policies * Implement security tools, policies, and procedures * Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution * Maintain 24x7 availability for support * Conduct technical trainings to internal resources **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience in a network support role * CCNP Certification required * B.A. Degree / B.S.
