




For an important company distributing irrigation and water supplies, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative for the Cuyo Region. We are seeking Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Agronomic or related field Technicians or Graduates, who have at least 5 years of proven B2B technical sales experience. Candidates with background in technical product industries will be valued; agricultural, industrial, sanitary supplies, irrigation, water conveyance, technical hardware or similar. The main objective of this role is to promote wholesale sales and distributor channels by developing, managing, and expanding the B2B customer portfolio, providing specialized technical advice on products and enhancing the company's market presence. Main responsibilities include: + Manage and expand the network of distributors, wholesalers, and B2B clients. + Identify business opportunities and build sustainable commercial relationships. + Provide technical advisory to clients regarding products and solutions, ensuring proper application in their projects. + Negotiate commercial terms (prices, deadlines, volumes, promotions). + Plan and conduct sales visits, technical trainings, and product presentations. + Monitor sales metrics and prepare periodic performance reports. Candidates with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, results orientation, solid business vision, autonomy, proactiveness, ability to build long-term relationships, clear communication, and capability to deliver technical trainings will be preferred. Intermediate to advanced Office skills and English knowledge are required. This position is based in the Cuyo Region (Mendoza-San Juan), working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
