Position Objective:** Provide comprehensive support in customer service, directly managing communication and distribution of orders within the area. Optimize delivery times, reduce logistics costs, and ensure a satisfactory customer experience. **2\. Main Responsibilities:** * Assist customers through various channels regarding order tracking and shipments. * Coordinate door-to-door deliveries or in-store pickups. * Validate completed deliveries and assist with post-sales follow-up. * Coordinate with operations and sales teams. * Support the creation and updating of customer service and order dashboards. **3\. Requirements:** * Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Proficiency in Power BI. * Customer-oriented mindset. * Analytical thinking. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. **4\.
