We are looking for a Commercial Manager (Mendoza) who wants to lead strategic relationships with customers and distributors, creating real impact in the industry. What will you do? (Key responsibilities) Develop and execute commercial strategies for the industrial aftermarket market. Manage relationships with distributors and key customers. Identify business and growth opportunities. Collaborate with technical service and product teams to deliver integrated solutions. Experience in B2B sales roles, ideally within technical or related industries. Experience and network in the Oil & Gas segment will be highly valued. Leadership, negotiation skills, and strategic vision. Own transportation (mandatory) to visit customers and distributors, along with availability to travel. Experience with SAP, proficiency in Office Suite, and intermediate English level. Autonomous, proactive, problem-solving profile motivated by teamwork.
