About the job At **Danone**, we are looking for a **Commercial Supervisor** (temporary for 6 months) for the city of **Mendoza** (Greater Mendoza, Valle de Uco, and San Rafael areas) within the **La Serenísima Logistics** business, to work as a team toward our purpose: providing health through food and beverages to as many people as possible, while caring for the planet. Your objective will be to drive sales and close commercial agreements with potential and existing customers. **Your main responsibilities are:** * Identify sales opportunities. * Conduct market research. * Perform presentations and demonstrations. * Negotiate and close commercial agreements. * Overcome objections and resolve conflicts. About you **Your profile:** * Education: Graduate or advanced student of tertiary or university degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (desirable). * More than 3 years of experience in similar roles leading work teams within mass consumption, sales, and distribution companies (desirable). Experience in cured meats, cold cuts, and sausages will be valued. * Skills in: Office Suite, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory). * Own transportation (mandatory). * Availability to work in the Greater Mendoza area and occasionally in Valle de Uco and San Rafael (mandatory). **What could set you apart?** * Teamwork skills, synthesis ability, analytical capacity, proactivity, results orientation, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Time management skills, autonomy at work, and ability to succeed in challenging environments.
