To support this mission, Syngenta’s portfolio team is seeking a Product Technical Promoter in Mendoza. This role will support driving demand growth and sales of Syngenta’s portfolio in the province of Mendoza, with a primary focus on market development for the product in grape, potato, tomato and garlic crops. **Temporary Role for 1 year with possibility of renewal** **Responsibilities** * Product market development – Grape (Primary Focus), Potato and Tomato * Identify and characterize areas with nematode presence and product usage potential. * Conduct field diagnostics and sampling in collaboration with advisors and local technicians. * Execute demonstration trials and validations to generate local technical evidence. * Organize and lead technical events, training sessions, and meetings with distributors, technicians and producers. * Support the sales team in generating sales opportunities and following up with key customers. * Build relationships with institutions, INTA, universities and viticulture sector leaders. * Develop data for garlic product launch * Management and reporting: * Prepare periodic activity reports, trial results and market feedback. * Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams to refine technical messages and communication materials. **Requirements** **Essential for this position**: * Based in Mendoza province (preferably East region or Valle de Uco). * Agricultural Engineer (mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical promotion, market development or field agronomy in intensive crops * Knowledge of nematodes, soil health, plant physiology, and management of grape, potato and vegetable crops * Availability to travel within the province and neighboring regions.
