Join us as **Maintenance Manager at our Malargüe plant!** You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of maintenance plans to ensure the reliability, availability, and proper functioning of the plant's production assets, managing assigned resources, controlling the budget, and promoting continuous improvement under safety, quality, environmental, and cost-efficiency standards. **What you will do** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for production assets. * Define maintenance strategies and plans aligned with production needs and equipment availability. * Manage assigned resources (human, material, and financial) ensuring budget compliance. * Supervise the proper execution of maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of maintenance processes. * Coordinate the registration of new assets and their management in the SAP PM system. * Provide technical support to all plant areas and coordinate with other Etex functions. * Ensure compliance with company regulations regarding safety, occupational health, and social responsibility. * Manage the maintenance team by setting objectives, providing feedback, and fostering their development. * Participate and collaborate in the commissioning of new projects and equipment. * Work closely with the procurement department to define spare parts, materials, and supplies inventory. **What you will bring** * University degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * At least 5 years of prior experience in industrial maintenance leadership roles, preferably in continuous manufacturing processes. * Knowledge and experience with SAP, TPM, and continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.). * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Why join us?** We were named the \#1 most trusted company in the construction sector worldwide by Newsweek and Statista in 2023!
