**The Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Scrum Master** to lead and coach Agile teams in delivering high\-impact digital solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about Agile practices, excels at team facilitation, and brings a proactive mindset to continuous improvement. Experience with **Azure DevOps** is essential, as is the ability to operate across multiple teams and stakeholders within a fast\-paced, collaborative environment. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams. * Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Remove obstacles and protect teams from external interruptions to ensure maximum focus and productivity. * Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on vision, priorities, and deliverables. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and process optimization. * Apply and adapt Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe based on team and organizational needs. * Track team performance using key Agile metrics and provide actionable insights to improve delivery. * Mentor team members and leaders on Agile principles, roles, and responsibilities. * Drive effective cross\-team coordination and manage dependencies. * Ensure transparency and flow of information across all levels of the organization. **Requirements**: * 7\+ years of hands\-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. * Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery methodologies. * Proficient in using **Azure DevOps** for backlog management, tracking, and reporting. * Outstanding facilitation, coaching, and conflict\-resolution skills. * Proven ability to work with cross\-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. * Experience in scaling Agile practices and driving Agile maturity across teams. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
