Teamwork, commitment, and responsibility Consultores de Empresas is searching for a Grape Harvester Operator to join a leading winemaking company located in Agrelo, Mendoza, as part of the mechanized harvest campaign. We are targeting candidates with proven experience operating grape harvesting machinery, possessing basic knowledge of agricultural machinery maintenance and mechanics, and availability to work on a temporary basis with rotating shifts during the harvest period. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating specialized machinery during the harvest campaign, ensuring proper equipment functionality and assisting in identifying and resolving minor mechanical issues arising during operation. Main Responsibilities: Operate the New Holland 90/60 grape harvester during the harvest campaign. Perform basic operational checks on the equipment before and during each work shift. Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues to ensure operational continuity. Comply with established safety and operational procedures. Work rotating shifts according to the campaign schedule. Requirements: Minimum of 2 verified harvest seasons operating grape harvesting machinery (mandatory). Specific experience operating the New Holland 90/60 harvester. Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery maintenance and mechanics. Personal transportation. Residence in Agrelo or nearby areas. Availability to work on a temporary basis throughout the entire campaign. Ability to work in a team, with commitment and responsibility. Employment Conditions: Estimated duration: approximately 60 days. Employment type: temporary contract through Consultores de Empresas. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day with rotating shifts.
