**POSITION OVERVIEW** We are looking for a proactive and results\-driven Telesales to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in sales, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the prospect team to contribute to various initiatives focused on promoting our services and generating new leads. *As we work toward our ambitious goal of managing a billion\-dollar in assets, we’re looking for someone who shares the same growth mindset—ambitious, responsible, and ready to grow with us. We want team members who are not just looking for a job, but for a long\-term journey.* **WORKING HOURS** This is a full\-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, as follows: * Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:00PM (Chicago Time) and, * Saturday: 9:30AM to 3:00PM (Chicago Time) * Zoom meetings required during working hours. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available apartments. * Schedule apartment viewing tours.
