Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Programmer responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing work programs to optimize resources and minimize deviations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with multiple stakeholders and results orientation. **What We Are Looking For:** We are seeking a Maintenance Programmer responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing weekly and daily work programs, ensuring proper resource allocation, equipment availability, and adherence to maintenance plans—aiming to optimize labor utilization and minimize execution deviations. **What We Value as Additional Qualifications:** **Education:** Engineering (Industrial, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Chemical) or related fields (Mandatory). Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance operations and execution—regardless of formal degree—are especially valued. **Experience:** Experience in maintenance scheduling, field task coordination, SAP PM usage, and work execution tracking in industrial environments is highly desirable. **Skills:** * Organizational and operational planning capability. * Judgment to prioritize tasks based on criticality. * Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (operations, maintenance, contractors). * Results orientation and commitment to program compliance. * Clear and effective communication. * Adaptability to manage contingencies and rescheduling. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the Industrial Asset team to establish work priorities and agree on equipment availability for preventive and corrective maintenance, aligned with assigned criticality levels. * Reassign resources in response to emergencies (Priority 0\), coordinating with the Industrial Asset team to minimize impact on the schedule. * Select available Work Orders in SAP for scheduling, ensuring preventive maintenance is performed on scheduled dates. * Develop the Weekly Work Program, considering: * priorities * resource availability (attendance) * materials and equipment * operational interferences * Optimize labor utilization by efficiently maximizing the use of available resources. * Generate and distribute the Daily Work Program, ensuring alignment with the Weekly Work Program. * Monitor scheduled tasks based on feedback from specialized teams, identifying deviations and their root causes. * Manage attendance records for internal and contractor resources, using them as the basis for scheduling. * Issue and communicate the Weekly Work Program (by the last business day) and the Daily Work Program, reporting changes or adjustments as needed. **Position Information** **Direct Reporting To:** Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Department **Work Location:** Luján de Cuyo Industrial Complex **Union Classification:** DC We promote the value of individuality and the energy of diversity.
