This opportunity is based at Wood's offices in Mendoza **The Role** Develop engineering projects from conceptual to detailed stages. Coordinate with other disciplines to identify interferences and ensure design quality. Lead project teams, report progress, and maintain updated material lists. It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges. * Professional degree in Civil Engineering. * 10 years of experience in Oil \& Gas projects and 8 years specifically in the role. * Advanced knowledge of structural analysis software used by the company, specifically SAP 2000, Risa 3D and/or STAAD Pro. * Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel. * English language proficiency desirable. * Ability to plan and organize work time effectively. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to meet deadlines for assigned tasks. * Maintain required quality levels for each project. * Achievement-oriented, fast learner, leadership capabilities, and strong interpersonal skills. * Desirable experience in consulting firms. * Development of Basic and Detailed Engineering. * Perform calculations and quantity estimations related to Civil Engineering.
