Descripción del empleo: **Job Purpose** --------------- The Cybersecurity Engineer will play a critical role in advancing Assurant’s security automation and integration capabilities. This position focuses on designing and implementing scalable, automated security solutions that integrate seamlessly across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in scripting (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, .NET), experience with low\-code/no\-code platforms (e.g., Torq, Tines, n8n), and a strong understanding of AI\-driven tools, including learning management systems (LMS), to enhance business processes and security operations. A solid foundation in cybersecurity principles—including regulatory compliance, incident response, identity and access management (IAM), and governance—is essential to ensure that automation efforts align with enterprise security objectives and regulatory requirements. **Key Objectives** ------------------ * Design and implement automated security workflows and integrations across enterprise platforms. * Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, and .NET. * Leverage low\-code/no\-code platforms such as Torq, Tines, and n8n to accelerate deployment of security solutions. * Integrate AI tools and LMS platforms into cybersecurity operations and business processes. * Ensure automation designs support core cybersecurity functions such as incident response, IAM, governance, and regulatory compliance. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to embed automation and intelligence into security architecture. * Stay current with emerging technologies in automation, AI, and integration frameworks. **Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge** ---------------------------------------------- * Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, and .NET for scripting and automation. * Experience with low\-code/no\-code platforms such as Torq, Tines, and n8n. * Familiarity with AI tools and LMS platforms, and their integration into business processes. * Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices including incident response, identity and access management, governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI\-DSS, SOX, GLBA). * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
