A leading company in elevator maintenance, repair, and modernization is currently looking for a Field Technical Assistant to join our operational team.
We seek a technically skilled, proactive, dynamic, and practically oriented professional responsible for on-site project supervision, logistical coordination of technicians, and ensuring street-level service quality. Key Responsibilities:
**On-site Supervision and Control:** Assist installations/worksites in CABA and GBA to verify proper progress of work, implement quality controls, and train the operational team.
**Team Coordination:** Provide technical and logistical support to in-house and third-party technicians. Lead daily technical briefings prior to field deployment.
**Technical Surveys:** Conduct client visits to collect visual data and prepare reports for commercial quotations.
**Logistics and Warehouse Management:** Collect spare parts and materials from suppliers, monitor on-site supplies, and track warehouse and tool status.
**Administrative-Technical Management:** Enter reports, track work orders (WO), submit expense vouchers, and provide periodic reports to the Technical Planner.
**On-Call Duties:** Occasional telephone coverage during emergency on-call shifts. Working Conditions:
**Location:** Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) and Greater Buenos Aires (Base in CABA).
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00.
**Provided Tools:** Company vehicle, corporate mobile phone, and office PC.

Requirements
**Education:** Completed Secondary Technical Degree (Electronics, Electromechanics, or Electrical Engineering).
**Driver's License:** Valid driver’s license (mandatory for operating the corporate vehicle).
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles or operational/field tasks within the elevator industry (maintenance, installation, repairs).
**Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with trade-specific tools, ability to read diagrams/drawings, and proficient use of IT tools/management systems (Persat, Excel/Office, Android).
**Skills:** Operational leadership, excellent interpersonal communication, proactivity, and strong organizational ability.
