In this opportunity, we are recruiting for our **B2B sales channel** for our consulting firm: **Junior Sales Representatives, Junior Commercial Executives, and Senior Commercial Executives**, to support their commercial growth through client acquisition and retention. We seek candidates with excellent communication skills, adaptability to new environments, and a results-oriented mindset. Candidates must possess outstanding commercial skills, negotiation ability, organizational capacity, self-management, perseverance, and service orientation. Main responsibilities include: Acquiring new clients. Conducting interviews, site visits, and advising potential clients. Establishing medium- and long-term trust-based relationships. Managing alliances with various stakeholders to identify new prospects. Preparing performance reports. Assisting in resolving customer commercial complaints. ✅ Requirements: More than 2 years of sales experience in HR consulting, physical security, monitoring, general insurance, and development consulting — **Mandatory.** An active client/prospect portfolio — **Mandatory.** **Candidates with experience in both telephone and face-to-face sales targeting specific objectives will be especially valued.** We offer: Fixed salary; **SUBSTANTIAL** commissions for sales and account maintenance; monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
