Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy required to continue building our future! **What Are We Looking For?** An Engineering professional to perform the role of Drilling Execution Engineer. **What Will Be Your Challenge?** Ensure optimal final outcomes for the execution of well drilling design bases planned for each specific project, adopting best practices in final program design while coordinating all associated services, thereby contributing to operational excellence while complying with P\&WO standards as well as the Company's established safety and environmental regulations. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * Prepare the final well program, including the operational sequence and time/cost estimates, respecting the design bases defined for each specific project—whether a TIPO well, a special project, or a technological pilot test defined by the Planning Engineer. * Approve the content of the final PDDP through FOP generated by specialized disciplines at each process stage, verifying its sufficiency and coherence as a basis for developing the well program. * Request specific programs and validate technical proposals from service companies within the procedures for the final well program, ensuring such proposals do not modify the established design bases for the TIPO well. * Submit Change Management and Waiver requests identified during operations; participate in risk analysis development and mitigation/prevention action formulation as applicable. * Participate in risk analysis development and mitigation/prevention action formulation as appropriate alongside the operations team. * Attend pre\-completion meetings (in NOC cases). * Organize and lead well kickoff meetings (Pre Spud Meeting \- PSM) and, if required, Drilling Well on Paper (DWOP) or Completion Well on Paper (CWOP) sessions. * Develop detailed programs for special projects, respecting the design bases defined by the Planning Engineer. * Provide technical and engineering support to operations. * Monitor daily progress of time/cost curves versus actual execution (Plan vs Real), managing deviations per the Well Work Flow (FOP) process. * Prepare final well reports (IFDP) and conduct corresponding analyses of identified deviations, capturing lessons learned and associated improvement opportunities. * Jointly analyze and identify, with the Planning Engineer, lessons learned, improvement opportunities, and best practices to be incorporated into the design base. * Participate in and prepare reports for quality deviation investigations and participate in environmental matters when required. * Enter well planning and AFE data into OW and ensure information preservation on the PWO disk. * Control data quality (OW, SharePoint, GIT). **What Do We Value?** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a related field (Petroleum/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical, etc.). * **Professional Experience:** +5 years in Oil/Gas industry and +1 year in Non-Conventional Reservoirs, with operator or drilling service companies. * **Computer Tools:** Office, Advanced Excel, DataAnalizer, Open Well, Power BI. * **Other Requirements:** Intermediate/Advanced English **Position Information** **Direct Reporting To:** Drilling Engineering Manager **Work Location:** Buenos Aires, YPF Tower **Work Schedule:** 4 X 1 (4 days in office and 1 day remote)
