We invite you to join our **Ordinary Educational Internship Program (Part-Time)** as a **Talent Attraction Trainee**, within the **Human Resources Department**. The position is based at our offices in Retiro, CABA. **What will be your main responsibilities?** As a **Talent Attraction Trainee**, you will: * Manage selection processes for Young Professionals and Educational Interns across Group companies. * Conduct telephone screenings of candidates. * Coordinate and monitor psychotechnical and occupational assessments. * Manage documentation upload and update process-related information in management systems. * Collect and analyze data to generate indicators and reports supporting decision-making. * Participate in university fairs and other departmental initiatives targeting students. * Support Talent Attraction projects, departmental initiatives, and employer branding activities. **Requirements**: * University students pursuing degrees in **Human Resources or Business Administration**, with at least 50% of coursework completed (Mandatory) * Interest in recruitment and selection (Experience preferred) * Intermediate level of English * Proficiency in Excel * Residence in CABA or Greater Buenos Aires Area (GBA) **Apply now!**
