About the Role: As a Boiler Operator at CBRE, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of boilers and steam systems at our facilities in Mar del Plata. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring a consistent supply of steam and hot water for industrial processes or heating systems, directly contributing to the operational continuity of our clients. Your Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and control steam boilers and associated systems, ensuring optimal and safe performance. Conduct boiler water chemical monitoring and treatment to prevent scaling and corrosion, optimizing efficiency. Record fuel consumption and manage fuel supply. Carry out basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on boilers, burners, and auxiliary systems. Maintain the boiler room and work area in perfect conditions of cleanliness, order, and safety. Accurately interpret measuring instruments and record key operational parameters. Strictly comply with safety protocols and current regulations governing the operation of pressure equipment. Participate in company-established maintenance and safety programs. Requirements: Valid Boiler Operator license. Completed technical secondary education (preferably electromechanical or similar). Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience operating and maintaining industrial or commercial boilers. Ability to detect faults, interpret technical manuals, and perform basic repairs.
