This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and ensure project success. **Responsibilities** * Assist in establishing a Project Management structure to oversee multiple workstreams * Liaise with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end\-users regarding project requirements * Outline, define, and initiate the project * Implement document control policies and documentation templates * Maintain a good working knowledge of assigned component projects * Evaluate standards of component products * Monitor project progress and implement changes where necessary * Monitor expenditures in accordance with the budget * Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards * Compile project reports and inform management regarding problems **Requirements** * 2\+ years of working experience in project management or related field * Knowledge of document control policies and documentation templates * Background in liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end\-users * Skills in monitoring project progress and implementing changes * Understanding of budget monitoring and expenditure control * Capability to ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards * Upper\-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2\)
