We are seeking a **Production Supervisor** for our plant in **Malargüe**, focused on operational coordination, indicator management, and team leadership.**What you'll do** ️ Main responsibilities: * Coordinate daily tasks of the operational staff, ensuring achievement of production goals while aligning with company values. * Manage human resources within the area, promoting a collaborative work environment. * Monitor and manage technical KPIs, applying continuous improvement tools such as CPM, 5S and TPM. * Supervise corrective maintenance activities during operations, ensuring equipment and facility availability. * Ensure proper functioning of facilities from a process standpoint, complying with productivity plans. * Conduct EHS meetings with the team, ensuring risk assessments and necessary work permits to meet H\&S objectives. **What you'll bring** **Requirements:** * Degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical fields. * Experience leading teams in industrial environments (minimum 3 years). * Proficiency in Office, SAP (preferred), and Power BI. * Technical English (desirable), knowledge of ISO standards, class B driver's license (desirable). * Availability for rotating shifts and residence in Mendoza (advantageous). **Why join us?** You’ll join a company focused on your professional and personal well-being. * We invest in our teammates; a career at Etex is an opportunity to learn, grow and lead. * Our teammates are our greatest strength; interacting, sharing and collaborating with others drives us forward. * We live our core values; we translate them into actions with customers and colleagues. * We offer a global Employee Assistance Program, providing independent professional and personal support whenever needed.
