Optimization of site performance, security, and usability. **Job Description:** Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of institutional and commercial websites using the **WordPress** platform, contributing to improved brand digital presence and user experience. **Position Objective:** Provide technical and creative support in creating and updating WordPress websites, implementing best practices in design, SEO, and performance. **Responsibilities:** * Assist with installation, configuration, and customization of themes and plugins in WordPress. * Collaborate in content updates and web page design. * Optimize site performance, security, and usability. * Support integration of marketing and web analytics tools. * Monitor basic metrics (visits, speed, conversions) and generate reports. * Participate in planning sessions and continuous improvement activities with the marketing or IT team. **Required Profile:** * Student or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Web Design, Communications, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress. * Preferred: familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, or SEO. * Interest in web development and digital optimization. * Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate responsibility, and exercise creativity. **Employment Type:** Part-time **Work Location:** On-site employment \- IMB Institute Branch Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $200.00 \- $250.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
