Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Implementer to support the implementation process at client sites, conducting needs assessments, documentation, training, and functional support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accompany software implementation at client sites 2. Provide user training and functional support 3. Configure associated hardware and follow up with clients We are looking for a Software Implementer to join our team and support the software implementation process at client sites. Main Responsibilities: Conduct client needs assessments for software implementation. Develop customized documentation, manuals, and workflow diagrams for each client. Train end users. Provide functional support to clients regarding usage and features of software developed by our team (primarily BionovaQ). Install and configure the software at client premises. Configure associated hardware devices. Track progress and coordinate with clients. Willingness to travel to client sites. Qualifications: Advanced student or graduate in Information Systems Engineering, Systems Science, University Systems Analyst, or related fields (not mandatory). Additional Requirements: Conversational English. At least 1 year of prior experience in similar roles (preferred but not mandatory). We seek candidates with strong communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 2 years of experience Willingness to travel: Yes
