Work within a flexible, AI-assisted studio model **Description** **The Creator** The Creator is a multidisciplinary maker who brings campaign concepts to life across channels — blending creativity, craft, and technology. They’re fluent in design, motion, and digital production, capable of adapting big ideas into assets that perform in every format — from static and video to interactive and automated content. This role bridges creative execution and technological enablement — working within a flexible, AI\-assisted studio model to deliver high\-quality, on\-brand creative work efficiently and at scale. **The Mindset** “I’m not just a designer, editor, or developer — I’m a creator who connects creativity and technology to bring ideas to life across any medium.” **The Responsibilities** 1\. Creative Execution * Transform AOR campaign concepts into ready\-to\-launch assets across digital, social, print, and motion channels. * Create, adapt, and version content while ensuring consistency with the original creative direction and brand standards. * Apply creative judgment and aesthetic sensibility to enhance and localize master creative materials. 2\. Multichannel Craft * Design or edit visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or other platform\-specific tools. * Produce lightweight video or motion content — including cutdowns, social edits, and dynamic layouts. * Build, test, and export assets for various platforms (paid social, display, CRM, web). 3\. AI \& Automation Integration * Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., Firefly, Runway, Pika, ChatGPT, After Effects automation) to accelerate production. * Use templates, scripts, and workflows developed by SMEs to ensure consistency and efficiency. * Participate in pilot programs for new technologies — providing creative feedback and real\-world validation. 4\. Collaboration * Partner with AOR teams during concept handoff to understand campaign strategy and intent. * Work closely with SMEs (Design, Video Editing, Development) for guidance on quality standards, automation, and technical best practices. * Contribute to shared creative libraries, toolkits, and process documentation. 5\. Quality and Brand Stewardship * Ensure all assets meet quality, accessibility, and regulatory standards. * Balance creativity with efficiency — knowing when to customize and when to scale through automation. * Continuously look for ways to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining craft integrity. **The Skills \& Expertise** Core Competencies * Strong design or video sensibility, with portfolio demonstrating multichannel creative work. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and/or Figma. * Working knowledge of content automation tools or AI\-assisted creative platforms. * Experience adapting creative campaigns across diverse channels and formats. Nice\-to\-Haves * Familiarity with After Effects expressions, Premiere automation, or motion design principles. * Exposure to low\-code or no\-code web tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer). * Interest in generative AI, creative automation, or innovation workflows.
