Location: Santiago, Chile or Buenos Aires, Argentina **Job Summary** The Manager, Vendor Business (AWS) will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of cloud business initiatives, specifically on AWS, for the MCA region. This role is critical at TD SYNNEX to optimize vendor resources and programs, develop business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with strategic partners. **Responsibilities** * Strategic Management: Guide and support teams in each territory to develop and execute work plans aligned with company business goals and AWS expectations. * Team Leadership: Lead direct reports, ensuring performance and development objectives for each role are met. * Regional Collaboration: Work closely with AWS/Cloud teams in each territory to ensure effective implementation of strategies. * Partner Development: Identify and develop business opportunities with partners, ensuring growth and resource optimization. * Training and Development: Have in-depth knowledge of AWS's distribution model, as well as the various programs and tools offered by the vendor to distributors and partners, in order to train AWS teams in each territory and support their adoption. * Data Driven: Consolidate data and KPIs from each program and strategy to evaluate performance and make adjustments as necessary. **Requirements** * Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the technology sector, with at least 3\-4 years in a role related to AWS. * Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a focus on service and people development. * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially AWS, and experience in project management. * Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work in dynamic environments. * Languages: Proficiency in English (minimum B2\). * Personal Qualities: Service-oriented leadership style, flexibility, and a positive, proactive attitude. **Desired Competencies** * Results Orientation: Ability to work with data and make informed decisions. * Interpersonal Skills: Ability to motivate and guide teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
