Meet up with colleagues and friends over cocktails at Pony Line and dry\-aged steaks at Elena, or enjoy a local tradition – Sunday barbecue – in our secret garden. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Extend a warm welcome to all our guests and clients. * Assist guests with the highest level of professionalism, responding to inquiries regarding hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, internal events, directions and any other necessary information. * Transport luggage to the guestroom during check\-in and collect it at check\-out, ensuring careful and efficient handling. * Ensure timely and accurate delivery of luggage, messages and/or packages, in accordance with company standards. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of all deliveries and pickups. * Provide support to Front Desk, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments. * Offer attentive and courteous farewells to guests, ensuring a memorable experience until the very last moment. **Requirements:** --------------- * **Tertiary and/or university education related to the industry.** ----------------------------------------------------------------- * **Previous experience in similar positions.** ----------------------------------------------- * **Availability to work rotating days and shifts,** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Proficiency in English.** ------------------------------ * **Valid driver’s license.** ------------------------------- * **Proactivity, teamwork and service orientation** ----------------------------------------------------------
