We are looking for a candidate with laboratory experience or currently studying enology. Responsibilities: • Physicochemical analysis of bulk wine and finished product: alcohol, sugar, extract, acidity. • Sampling • Administrative management tasks: work order authorization, review and interpretation of results, data entry.
