Main job challenges: Enology: Knowledge of wine typification in wineries (rackings, pump-overs, addition of enological inputs to wines, etc.). Testing: Performance of routine laboratory analyses and special analyses (microbiology). Input Management: Stock control and preparation of laboratory inputs. Quality: Knowledge and application of quality standards. Tools: Proficiency in Excel. Mandatory Requirements: Experience: Proven prior experience in similar positions within the vitivinicultural sector. Mobility: Possession of personal transportation (mandatory).
