Review draft contracts to determine suitability of scheduling requirements and coordinate the development of all data in support of negotiations. Will lead all schedule tracking and analysis activities. This role will oversee the team of planners assigned to the project, both office and site-based, who will be responsible for developing weekly/monthly reports to inform the leadership team of project status. **Key Responsibilities:** * The Project Schedule Manager will be responsible for the development of the following tasks, which will be executed by a robust team of planners. * Prepare and update the Project Schedule at all levels throughout all project phases, using Primavera P6 software. * Establish, according to contract requirements, the project’s key milestones. Review project activities to verify consistency with achievement of contractual milestones. * Review and evaluate the duration of all activities across all disciplines, and include them in the Schedule, verifying consistency with project milestones. Perform weekly and monthly updates of actual dates. Reschedule dates that were not met as originally planned. * Establish relationships between activities. Verify these relationships during schedule updates. * Prepare scheduled progress curves based on the project schedule. Perform weekly calculation of actual progress, at the highest level of detail according to the project’s WBS. * Load the schedule with resources; generate labor histograms and track labor, including actual data and forecasts. * Provide required information for the procurement process, including required delivery dates for equipment and materials, to support bid evaluations. * Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports by due dates for submission to the Client. Prepare internal reports on project status according to corporate company requirements. * Obtain from all disciplines the necessary information to prepare reports, update the Schedule, and calculate progress.
