Our team in **Argentina** is currently recruiting a **Senior Designer** for **multiple disciplines** **(Civil, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, and Piping)** to join our Minerals and Metals business line in the Santiago office. **About the Role** * Develop the delivery of various design tasks. * Develop and implement work criteria, standards, procedures, and methods. * Conduct site visits as required by the project. * Understand, apply, and maintain consistent design standards across projects by adhering to Ausenco’s design standards. * Provide project support through collaboration with designers across all disciplines. * Effectively and efficiently manage timelines for assigned tasks. * Deliver design drawings and/or required technical project documents in accordance with quality standards. * Demonstrate initiative to carry out repetitive tasks autonomously and use judgment to determine appropriate methods for assigned tasks. * Make design suggestions and perform routine decisions within defined procedures, while understanding when to request assistance if guidelines are unclear. * Comply with policies and procedures of Business Management Systems. **About You** * Academic background in Engineering, Drafting Technician, Execution Engineering, or related field. * Professional experience ranging from 8 to over 15 years in engineering offices. * Experience in industrial, power, and O\&G projects in general.
